This blend combines four peptides, each with its own separate research history in the published literature:
- BPC-157 — a synthetic pentadecapeptide derived from a gastric protective protein. A 2021 review in Frontiers in Pharmacology (PMC8275860) summarised preclinical research into its role in angiogenesis and wound-healing models.
- TB-500 — a synthetic fragment of thymosin beta-4, an actin-binding protein. A 2024 scoping review examined the existing preclinical literature on its role in tissue-regeneration and musculoskeletal-repair research.
- KPV — the C-terminal tripeptide fragment of alpha-MSH. A study (Dalmasso et al., PMID 18092346) examined its anti-inflammatory potential in murine models of inflammatory bowel disease.
- GHK-Cu — a naturally occurring copper-binding tripeptide. A 2018 review in the International Journal of Molecular Sciences (PMID 29986520, Pickart & Margolina) summarised preclinical gene-expression data linking GHK-Cu to tissue-remodelling and extracellular-matrix pathways.
