1. Research Use Only

All products supplied by Apexion BioLabs are intended strictly for legitimate laboratory research use only.

Our products are not medicines, food products, supplements or cosmetics. They are not intended for human consumption, administration to humans or animals, therapeutic use, veterinary use, diagnostic use or household use.

You are responsible for ensuring that products are handled only by suitably qualified individuals within an appropriate research environment.

2. Customer Responsibility

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are purchasing for legitimate research purposes.
• You understand the nature and intended use of the products.
• You have the appropriate facilities, knowledge and procedures for safe handling.
• You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations and institutional requirements.

Apexion BioLabs may refuse or cancel an order where its intended use, customer eligibility or payment cannot be reasonably verified.

3. Product Information

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, strengths, images, prices and supporting documentation are accurate.

Product packaging or presentation may occasionally differ from website images without changing the stated product specification. Batch-specific analytical information should be checked against the documentation supplied or made available for that product.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not automatically mean that it has been accepted.

An order is accepted when payment has been confirmed and we send an order-confirmation or dispatch email. We may cancel an order before dispatch if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be confirmed, information supplied is incomplete or the order does not meet our research-use requirements.

If we cancel a paid order, the appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling. Any applicable delivery charge will be shown before payment is completed.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be prepared or dispatched. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

6. Preparation and Delivery

Products are prepared to order and subject to quality-control checks before dispatch.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Tracking information will be sent to the email address supplied with the order once the parcel has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details. Please contact us promptly if an order appears delayed, damaged or missing.

7. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms.

Cancellation and return rights depend on the status and nature of the order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Once preparation has begun or sealed goods have been opened, certain cancellation or return rights may be limited where permitted by law.

Faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or materially misdescribed products should be reported promptly with the relevant order information.

8. Website Use

You must not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit false information or use its content for unlawful purposes.

Website content is provided for general product and research information. It is not medical, clinical, veterinary or professional advice.

9. Intellectual Property

The Apexion BioLabs name, branding, website design, written content, graphics and product imagery belong to Apexion BioLabs or their respective licensors.

They may not be copied, reproduced, republished or used commercially without prior written permission.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

To the extent permitted by law, Apexion BioLabs is not responsible for loss resulting from misuse, unauthorised handling, improper storage, use outside the stated research purpose or failure to follow applicable laws and laboratory procedures.

11. Privacy

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Payment information is handled through the payment services shown during checkout. Apexion BioLabs does not receive or store complete card or bank-security credentials where these are processed directly by the payment provider.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our website, services, business practices or legal obligations. The version displayed when an order is placed will apply to that order.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you remain unaffected.
