KLOW 80mg is a four-peptide research blend of GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV, supplied in one pre-filled research pen. It extends the three-peptide “GLOW” combination (GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500) with KPV, a tripeptide studied in inflammatory-signalling models. Every KLOW blend is prepared to order in the UK and sent by tracked delivery.
Each of the four compounds has its own published preclinical literature. Laboratories use multi-peptide blends to study how separate signalling pathways behave within the same in-vitro or animal model. New to KPV? Read what KPV is and how it differs from the other three.

How each component is studied
The four peptides in KLOW act through different pathways in laboratory studies:
- BPC-157 is a stable 15-amino-acid sequence derived from a gastric protein. Animal and cell studies have examined it in models of blood-vessel growth, fibroblast migration and tissue-repair signalling.
- TB-500 is a synthetic seven-amino-acid fragment of thymosin beta-4 (Ac-LKKTETQ), the region of the protein that binds actin. The fragment and the full protein are studied in models of cell migration and new blood-vessel formation.
- KPV is a three-amino-acid fragment of alpha-MSH. Cell and mouse studies have examined its effect on inflammatory signalling, including the NF-κB and MAPK pathways.
- GHK-Cu is a naturally occurring copper-binding tripeptide. Gene-expression studies link it to collagen production, extracellular-matrix remodelling and many other cellular pathways.
5 key research areas
- Angiogenesis and vascular signalling. BPC-157 and thymosin beta-4 have both been examined in animal models of blood-vessel growth.
- Cell migration and actin dynamics. Thymosin beta-4 and its LKKTETQ motif bind actin in cells. BPC-157 has been studied for its effect on how tendon fibroblasts spread and migrate.
- Inflammatory signalling. KPV research focuses on NF-κB activity, cytokine release and the PepT1 transporter in intestinal cell and mouse colitis models.
- Extracellular matrix and gene expression. GHK-Cu studies cover collagen and glycosaminoglycan synthesis and large-scale gene-expression data.
- Wound and connective-tissue models. All four compounds appear in preclinical work on skin wound, tendon and connective-tissue models.

These references describe laboratory and animal research on the individual compounds. None of them studied the KLOW blend, and none is evidence of safety or effect in humans.
Why a single-batch blend
- All four compounds come from one batch, under one batch reference
- One Certificate of Analysis will cover the whole blend once independent testing is complete
- Fewer handling steps than preparing four separate compounds
- Consistent composition from one order to the next

What is the KLOW peptide blend?
KLOW is a four-peptide research blend of GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV, supplied as 80 mg in one pre-filled research pen. Each compound has its own published preclinical literature. It is for laboratory research only.
What is the difference between KLOW and GLOW?
GLOW combines three peptides: GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500. KLOW adds a fourth, KPV, a tripeptide fragment of alpha-MSH that is studied in inflammatory-signalling models. Both are supplied for research use only.
What ratio is used in KLOW 80mg?
Each pen contains GHK-Cu 50 mg, BPC-157 10 mg, TB-500 10 mg and KPV 10 mg, for 80 mg in total. All four compounds come from one batch under one batch reference.
Is KLOW independently tested?
Every KLOW pen is made fresh after your order is placed, so each one is prepared and quality checked to order rather than taken from old stock. Independent third-party testing of the blend is under way, and the batch Certificate of Analysis will be published as soon as the results are verified. Each pen carries a batch number, so its documentation can be traced.
Can KLOW be used in humans or animals?
No. KLOW is not a medicine and is not licensed by the MHRA. It is supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research, and is not for human or veterinary use, diagnosis or treatment.
How should KLOW be stored?
Keep the pen sealed and store it at −20 °C for long-term storage, away from heat and direct light. Handle it as little as possible and follow any batch-specific guidance supplied with your order.
