Last updated: 30 July 2026

Complete these details before publishing:

  • Legal company name: APEXION BIOLABS
  • Company number: 07457417955
  • Registered address: contact@apexionbiolabs.co.uk
  • Support email: info@apexionbiolabs.co.uk

These Terms and Conditions apply specifically to Apexion One, including the free Apexion One account, blood-report processing, biomarker tracking, connected health sources, Research Navigator and Apexion+.

Purchases from the Apexion BioLabs research-peptide store should be governed by separate Store Terms and Conditions.

1. About Apexion One

Apexion One is operated by APEXION BIOLABS UK, trading as Apexion BioLabs.

References to “Apexion”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that organisation.

Apexion One is a digital platform designed to help users:

  • Upload and organise blood-test reports
  • Extract and review biomarker information
  • Track confirmed biomarker results over time
  • Record health measurements
  • Connect supported health and wearable services
  • View Timeline events and personal trends
  • Use Research Navigator
  • Access Apexion+ features

Apexion One is available through apexionbiolabs.co.uk and related Apexion applications.

2. Accepting these terms

By creating an Apexion One account, accessing the platform or purchasing Apexion+, you agree to these Terms.

You should also read our:

  • Privacy Policy
  • Cookie Policy
  • Google Health disclosure
  • Apexion+ payment information
  • Any additional consent notice displayed before a feature is activated

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account or use Apexion One.

Your agreement to these Terms does not, by itself, constitute consent to the processing of health information. Where required, Apexion will request separate, explicit consent before processing uploaded reports, biomarker information or connected-health data. UK guidance states that explicit consent for special-category data must be specific, affirmative, unambiguous and capable of being withdrawn.

3. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to create or use an Apexion One account.

By registering, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18
  • The information you provide is accurate
  • You have legal capacity to enter into these Terms
  • You are creating the account for yourself unless we have expressly authorised another arrangement

We may suspend or close accounts where we reasonably believe the age requirement has not been met.

4. Apexion One is not a medical service

Apexion One is an educational, organisational and informational platform.

It is not:

  • A healthcare provider
  • A medical laboratory
  • A doctor-patient service
  • A diagnostic tool
  • A medical device
  • A substitute for professional medical advice
  • A treatment, prescribing or medication service
  • An emergency service

Biomarker cards, trends, reference-range displays, summaries, Apexion Scores and Research Navigator responses must not be relied upon to diagnose, treat, prevent or manage a medical condition.

Do not delay seeking professional healthcare because of information displayed by Apexion One.

For urgent or emergency health concerns, contact the appropriate emergency or healthcare service in your location.

5. Apexion Score and movement descriptions

The Apexion Score is an engagement and record-completeness feature.

It may take account of factors such as:

  • Reports uploaded
  • Biomarkers confirmed
  • Health records added
  • Connected sources
  • Continuity of information
  • Platform activity

It is not a score of your health, fitness, life expectancy, medical risk or eligibility for treatment.

Descriptions such as:

  • Stable
  • Numerically higher
  • Numerically lower
  • Moving toward range
  • Moving away from range
  • Waiting for another result

describe changes in recorded values. They do not mean that a result is clinically better, worse, safe or unsafe.

6. Creating and protecting your account

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your password confidential
  • Using a secure and unique password
  • Protecting access to your email account and devices
  • Logging out of shared devices
  • Informing us promptly of suspected unauthorised access

You must not:

  • Share your account with another person
  • Sell or transfer your account
  • Impersonate another person
  • Access another user’s information
  • Attempt to bypass platform security

We may require you to reset your password or complete additional verification where reasonably necessary to protect your account.

7. Free Apexion One accounts

A free Apexion One account may provide access to features such as:

  • Private dashboard
  • Blood-report uploads
  • Biomarker storage
  • Basic biomarker history
  • Timeline
  • Research Library
  • Basic Research Navigator
  • Selected health measurements

The exact free features and usage limits are displayed on the website or inside your account.

We may update free-plan limits where reasonably necessary. We will not remove access to information you have already stored without providing a reasonable opportunity to download or delete it, except where suspension is required for security, legal or misuse reasons.

8. Uploading blood reports and images

Apexion One may accept supported formats including:

  • PDF
  • JPG
  • JPEG
  • PNG
  • HEIC
  • HEIF

Future versions may support additional formats such as CSV or Apple Health exports.

You must only upload a report or image where:

  • It belongs to you; or
  • You have lawful authority and permission to upload it

Do not upload another person’s health information without their express permission and a lawful reason.

You are responsible for checking that:

  • The correct file was uploaded
  • The report belongs to the correct person
  • The test date is accurate
  • The extracted results match the original report
  • Units and reference ranges are correct

We may apply file-size, format, security and storage limits.

9. OCR, automatic extraction and review

Apexion One may use:

  • PDF text extraction
  • Optical character recognition
  • Image processing
  • Pattern matching
  • Artificial intelligence
  • Biomarker-name normalisation

These systems may incorrectly:

  • Read a number
  • Match a biomarker
  • Identify a unit
  • Interpret a reference range
  • Read a date
  • Combine unrelated lines
  • Omit a result

You must review detected values before saving them.

The review screen is intended to keep you in control. You may edit, remove or reject extracted information.

Apexion is not responsible for a user confirming incorrect information where the original report and review screen gave the user a reasonable opportunity to identify and correct the error.

10. AI-powered features

AI features may include:

  • Blood-report extraction
  • Biomarker matching
  • Report summaries
  • Comparison summaries
  • Research Navigator responses
  • Educational health insights

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate or outdated.

AI output must not be treated as:

  • Medical advice
  • A clinical interpretation
  • A diagnosis
  • A treatment recommendation
  • A recommendation to use a product
  • A recommendation concerning dosage or personal use
  • A replacement for the original laboratory report

Where external AI processing is used, Apexion will provide a relevant notice and obtain any required consent before processing health-related information.

You remain responsible for reviewing information before relying on it or saving it to your account.

11. Research Navigator

Research Navigator is designed to provide educational and organisational assistance.

It may:

  • Search Apexion research information
  • Explain general biomarker concepts
  • Summarise saved platform information
  • Help locate reports and Timeline records
  • Display confirmed values
  • Provide general product-catalogue information

Research Navigator must not be used to request or obtain:

  • Personal medical advice
  • Diagnosis
  • Treatment plans
  • Dosing instructions
  • Personal peptide recommendations
  • Advice based on protected health characteristics
  • Instructions for unsafe or unlawful activity

We may block, limit or redirect questions that fall outside the permitted use of Research Navigator.

12. Separation from the peptide store

Apexion BioLabs also operates a research-product store.

Apexion One health information will not be used to:

  • Recommend peptide products
  • Decide which products a user should purchase
  • Personalise product advertising using health information
  • Determine dosage or protocols
  • Make medical or treatment claims
  • Determine whether a research product is suitable for a person

Purchases from the Apexion BioLabs store are governed by separate store terms.

Apexion One does not convert research products into products intended for human use.

13. Connected health sources

Apexion One may allow connections to services such as:

  • Google Health and Fitbit
  • Apple Health
  • Oura
  • Garmin
  • Other supported providers

When connecting a provider, you may be required to:

  • Sign into the provider
  • Review a data-access disclosure
  • Select permissions
  • Give affirmative consent
  • Accept the provider’s own terms

The availability and accuracy of connected information depend partly on the relevant provider, device, internet connection and recorded data.

A connected provider may change:

  • Its API
  • Permissions
  • Available measurements
  • Access limits
  • Authentication process
  • Commercial terms
  • Service availability

We do not guarantee that every provider or measurement will remain supported.

14. Google Health and Fitbit

Where you connect Fitbit through Google Health, Apexion may request read-only access to selected information such as:

  • Google Health profile information
  • Activity and fitness information
  • Health measurements
  • Sleep information

Apexion will use Google Health information only for prominent user-facing Apexion One features and permitted supporting functions.

We will not use Google Health information for advertising, sell it to data brokers or use it to determine creditworthiness. Google also requires an in-product disclosure immediately before consent and requires applications to explain access, use, sharing and deletion controls.

The use of information received from Google Health API and Developer Tools will adhere to the Google Health API Developer and User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can disconnect Google Health through Apexion One. Disconnecting stops future synchronisation but may not automatically delete information already imported. Imported information can be deleted separately through available account controls.

15. Apple Health

Apexion One may support:

  • Manual Apple Health export uploads
  • Apple Health XML or ZIP imports
  • Pairing with an Apexion One iPhone companion application

You are responsible for selecting which categories you authorise through Apple’s permission controls.

Apexion cannot access Apple Health information that you have not authorised or supplied.

The availability of automatic Apple Health synchronisation may depend on:

  • A compatible iPhone
  • The Apexion One companion application
  • Apple Health permissions
  • Internet availability
  • Supported data categories

16. Accuracy and availability of connected data

Health-provider information may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable.

A missing measurement may mean:

  • The connected device did not record it
  • The user did not grant the required permission
  • The provider does not support it
  • The provider API returned an error
  • The sync has not completed
  • The data falls outside the imported period

Apexion does not guarantee that connected sources will contain every measurement recorded by the original provider.

Always refer to the original provider or source record where exact information is important.

17. Apexion+ membership

Apexion+ may provide premium features such as:

  • Unlimited or increased AI report processing
  • Advanced biomarker trends
  • AI-assisted summaries
  • Extended comparisons
  • Wearable integrations
  • Data exports
  • Priority support
  • Early access to new features

Current plan examples may include:

  • Monthly: £19.99 per month
  • Annual: £199 per year

The price, billing interval, included features and renewal method shown at checkout form part of your contract.

We may introduce, change or withdraw plans. Changes to an existing paid plan will be communicated before they take effect where required.

18. Recurring payments

Where checkout states that a membership renews automatically, you authorise the selected payment provider to collect recurring payments according to the displayed billing interval.

The checkout must clearly show:

  • Price
  • Billing frequency
  • Whether renewal is automatic
  • How to cancel
  • When access begins
  • Any introductory offer
  • Any applicable cooling-off information

Apexion should make recurring terms prominent rather than hiding them in these Terms. UK consumer guidance requires subscription terms to be clear, fair and reasonably easy to cancel.

19. Fena recurring bank payments

Fena recurring payments operate through bank standing orders.

After the customer authorises a standing order:

  • Future scheduled payments are handled by the customer’s bank
  • The customer retains control of the standing order
  • The customer may need to cancel or amend it through their bank
  • Apexion or Fena may not be able to cancel the bank instruction directly

Fena’s documentation states that after a standing order is initiated, the bank handles subsequent payments and the end user controls cancellation or amendment.

Cancelling Apexion+ inside Apexion One does not necessarily cancel an active standing order at your bank. Follow the instructions displayed in your account and confirm cancellation through your banking application where required.

You remain responsible for cancelling the bank standing order if you do not want another payment to be sent.

20. Elite Pay and other payment methods

Where Elite Pay or another provider is available, the checkout will state whether the payment is:

  • A one-time prepaid membership payment; or
  • An automatically renewing card subscription

A one-time payment does not renew automatically unless the checkout expressly states otherwise.

Payment providers may apply their own:

  • Authentication process
  • Security checks
  • Terms
  • Privacy notice
  • Failed-payment procedures

Apexion does not receive your complete online-banking credentials or complete card-security details where those are collected directly by the payment provider.

21. Failed and missed payments

Where a payment fails, is missed, reversed or cancelled, we may:

  • Notify you
  • Ask you to update or reauthorise payment
  • Apply a short grace period
  • Restrict premium features
  • Return the account to the free plan
  • End the membership

Ending Apexion+ does not automatically delete your free Apexion One account or previously stored records.

Features that are exclusive to Apexion+ may become unavailable after the paid period ends.

22. Cancelling Apexion+

You may cancel Apexion+ using the available account controls or by contacting us.

Unless statutory cancellation rights apply:

  • Cancellation usually prevents the next renewal
  • Paid access normally continues until the end of the current paid period
  • No further Apexion+ payment should be requested after the cancellation takes effect
  • Separate cancellation through your bank or payment provider may still be required

We will not intentionally make cancellation unnecessarily difficult.

23. Cooling-off and statutory cancellation rights

Consumers purchasing online may have statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Depending on the service and when supply begins:

  • A 14-day cancellation period may apply
  • You may be asked to request immediate access
  • A proportionate charge may apply for services supplied before cancellation
  • Cancellation rights concerning supplied digital content may be affected after express consent and acknowledgement

Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Contact info@apexionbiolabs.co.uk to exercise a statutory cancellation right.

24. Refunds

Refunds will be provided where required by law.

Outside statutory rights, fees are generally non-refundable once the relevant paid period has begun, except where:

  • We expressly agree otherwise
  • The checkout states otherwise
  • A duplicate payment occurred
  • The service was materially unavailable due to our fault
  • The payment provider confirms an error
  • Applicable law requires a refund

Approved refunds will normally be returned using the original payment method where possible.

Processing times may depend on the payment provider or bank.

25. Future subscription-law changes

The UK’s newer statutory subscription-contract regime requires additional secondary legislation before full implementation. Government materials indicate that the future regime will introduce clearer pre-contract information, renewal reminders, cooling-off rights and straightforward online cancellation.

Apexion may update these Terms and its subscription process to comply with new requirements when they take effect.

26. User content and ownership

You retain ownership of reports, images, notes and other information you upload.

You grant Apexion a limited permission to host, copy, process, convert and display that information only as reasonably necessary to:

  • Operate Apexion One
  • Provide requested features
  • Maintain backups
  • Protect account security
  • Comply with lawful requirements

This permission ends when the information is deleted, subject to reasonable backup rotation and lawful retention obligations.

You confirm that you have the right to upload the information you provide.

27. Acceptable use

You must not use Apexion One to:

  • Break the law
  • Upload malicious software
  • Access another user’s account
  • Test or bypass security without permission
  • Scrape or harvest platform information
  • Overload or disrupt the service
  • Reverse engineer protected components except where law expressly permits
  • Resell account access
  • Upload information without lawful permission
  • Infringe intellectual-property rights
  • Use automated tools to create excessive requests
  • Generate or distribute misleading medical claims
  • Seek prohibited personalised product or dosing recommendations

We may investigate suspected misuse and suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary.

28. Intellectual property

Apexion or its licensors own the intellectual-property rights in:

  • Apexion One software
  • Design and user interface
  • Apexion branding
  • Logos
  • Written platform content
  • Research Navigator structure
  • Databases and classifications
  • Original illustrations and graphics

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use Apexion One in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell or create derivative versions of protected platform material without permission.

29. Service availability

We aim to keep Apexion One available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

Availability may be affected by:

  • Maintenance
  • Security updates
  • Hosting failures
  • Internet problems
  • Provider outages
  • API changes
  • Payment-provider failures
  • Software defects
  • Events outside our reasonable control

We may temporarily suspend a feature where necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance or provider changes.

Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice of planned material interruptions.

30. Platform changes

We may update Apexion One to:

  • Improve functionality
  • Fix security problems
  • Add or remove integrations
  • Comply with law
  • Respond to provider changes
  • Improve accessibility
  • Protect users
  • Introduce new plans

We will provide reasonable notice where a material change significantly reduces a paid feature during an active paid period.

31. Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account where:

  • These Terms are materially breached
  • Payment remains overdue
  • Fraud or misuse is suspected
  • Security is at risk
  • The account is being used unlawfully
  • Required consent has been withdrawn and the affected feature cannot continue
  • We are legally required to do so

Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve the problem.

Serious security risks, fraud or unlawful activity may require immediate suspension.

You may close your account using available account controls or by contacting us.

32. What happens when an account closes

When your Apexion One account is closed:

  • Access ends
  • Connected-source synchronisation stops
  • Premium features end
  • Active payment instructions may require separate cancellation
  • Personal information is handled according to the Privacy Policy
  • Information subject to legal retention requirements may be retained
  • Backups may retain residual copies temporarily

Closing Apexion One does not automatically cancel a separate peptide-store order or resolve an outstanding payment dispute.

33. Third-party services

Apexion One may depend on third parties including:

  • Google
  • Fitbit
  • Apple
  • Oura
  • Garmin
  • Fena
  • Elite Pay
  • Hosting providers
  • Email providers
  • AI providers

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for an independent provider’s service, decisions, outages or changes, but this does not affect any responsibility Apexion has under applicable consumer law.

34. Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

UK consumer law implies rights into contracts for services and digital content, including requirements relating to quality, description and reasonable care and skill. Unfair consumer terms are not binding.

Where Apexion One does not meet a statutory requirement, you may have rights to repeat performance, a price reduction, repair, replacement or another remedy depending on the circumstances.

35. Our responsibility

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Breach of statutory consumer rights
  • Any liability that cannot legally be excluded

Subject to those protections, Apexion is not responsible for losses caused solely by:

  • A user confirming incorrect extracted data
  • Reliance on AI output as medical advice
  • Failure to consult the original report
  • Failure of a third-party device to record information
  • A third-party provider outage
  • Unauthorised account use caused by the user failing to protect credentials
  • Use of Apexion One outside its stated purpose

We do not guarantee any particular medical, health, commercial or research outcome.

36. Business losses

Apexion One is primarily provided for personal use.

Where you use it for business purposes, we are not responsible, to the extent legally permitted, for:

  • Loss of profit
  • Loss of business
  • Loss of contracts
  • Loss of anticipated savings
  • Business interruption
  • Loss of commercial opportunity

This section does not affect rights available to consumers.

37. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains:

  • What information we collect
  • How health data is processed
  • How connected-source data is used
  • Who information may be shared with
  • Retention periods
  • International transfers
  • Security measures
  • User rights
  • Account deletion

The Privacy Policy forms part of the overall Apexion One service documentation but is not intended to reduce any rights provided by data-protection law.

38. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms because of:

  • New features
  • Legal changes
  • Subscription-law changes
  • Provider requirements
  • Security changes
  • Business changes

The latest version will show an updated date.

Where a change materially affects paid users, we will provide reasonable notice before it takes effect unless an urgent legal or security change requires immediate action.

Continuing to use Apexion One after an updated version takes effect indicates acceptance, except where law requires a different form of agreement.

39. Complaints

Contact us first so we can try to resolve your concern:

Email: contact@apexionbiolabs.co.uk

Please provide:

  • Your account email
  • A description of the problem
  • Relevant dates
  • Any transaction reference
  • The resolution you are seeking

We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and provide a substantive response within 2 working days.

40. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory protections available under the law of your location.

Consumers may bring proceedings in the courts that have jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.

41. General terms

If part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections continue to apply.

A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right.

You may not transfer your account or rights under these Terms without our permission.

We may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a genuine business restructuring, merger or sale, provided this does not reduce your legal rights.

These Terms, together with the documents referred to in them, form the agreement between you and Apexion concerning Apexion One.
